I was glad to again be able to attend the Fall Theological Conference,  and based on the theme,  our presence couldn't have been more fitting!  Choosing to purchase Fair Trade is DOING JUSTICE!

Saying YES to . .

Dignified Work with Fair Wages

Safe Working Conditions

Children attending School

Building stronger Communities

Preserving Cultures

Keeping Families Intact

Caring for the Environment

Thank you to all who "Did Justice"  by making a purchase during the event!  Sales came to $3,086, which will be reinvested in our artisans/farmers around the world, by purchasing more Fair Trade items.

What can you do until synod assembly?

Pray for The Bridge Market and Faith Community, it's managers, baristas,  faith leaders, and the community we serve.

Consider monetary support of  the  ministries of Fair Trade, Coffee House hospitality, and Worship that go on in and around The Bridge.

Seek out Fair Trade stores in your local communities:

• Crafted in Overland Park, KS

• Connections in Lindsborg, KS

• The Bridge in St. Charles, MO

• Zee Bee's Market in Maplewood, MO
