Display Tables - 2020 Central States Synod Assembly
Display Tables will be located in the Grand Concourse Ballroom D, which is in close proximity to the Assembly Hall. If you are interested in participating in the 2020 Synod Assembly, please complete the Request for Display Table Online Form and submit all information to the Central States Synod office by March 25, 2019. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for payment. At that time, you must submit payment by credit card or check. All Display Tables must be approved prior to the Synod Assembly.
Ministry partners of the Central States Synod and the ELCA are encouraged to participate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not a ministry partner of the Central States Synod, special approval must be granted by the Synod Council. All Display exhibitors needing special approval should submit the online Request for Display Table Form and then email the following required additional summary information as early as possible so it can be presented to the Synod Council at their March 27, 2020 meeting.
a one-page summary which explains the purpose, vision, and structure of the whole organization; and
include whether the organization has a Not-For-Profit status; and
include website information.
If we do not receive this information by March 25, 2020, your display table registration will be considered incomplete. The Synod Council will act on these requests at their meeting on March 27, 2020. You will be notified of their decision by email.
The deadline for ALL Display Table registrations is March 25, 2020. If the request is not approved by the Synod Council, all fees will be refunded.
Important Display Table information for the 2020 Synod Assembly.
The Display Tables will be located in the Grand Concourse Ballroom D, which is in close proximity to the Assembly Hall. All approved Display Table requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to space available.
The Synod Assembly Registration begins at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4 at the Renaissance Hotel. Opening worship will be held at Lutheran Church of the Atonement in Florissant, MO beginning at 7:00 p.m. The assembly concludes with Closing Worship at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 6. Display Table exhibitors are required to be present on Thursday afternoon 1:00 - 6:00 p.m., Friday (all day.) Saturday morning is optional.
We ask that all displays be set and ready to go on Thursday, June 4th from 1:00-6:00 pm at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. Set-up time begins Thursday, June 4 at 11:00 am.
The Display Table area will both open again on Friday, June 5th, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm; and Saturday, June 6 at 8:00-10:30 am.

The Display Table/Exhibitor Package: $210.00.
This includes one skirted Display Table with two chairs and meals for one Display exhibitor.
Display Table ONLY: $100.00
This includes one skirted Display Table with two chairs. Does not include meals.
For Display Exhibitors needing access to an electric connection for their Display.
Meals for a second person: $110.00.
Includes Assembly Registration and meals for one additional person per Display Table.
