Bethany House of Studies

 

The Bethany House of Studies is a ministry of the Central States Synod. The mission of the Bethany House of Studies is: "equipping the saints through education." As such, it serves as a provider for events of educational and spiritual renewal for PMA's, pastors, and congregational leaders of central and western Kansas. In addition, the Bethany House of Studies offers a full range of required courses for those pursuing a certification as Pastoral Ministry Associates.

Bishop Kemper School for Ministry

The Bishop Kemper School for Ministry is a venture of the Episcopal Church, working collaboratively with the ELCA, to educate people for church leadership. Classes take place in Topeka, Kan. at Grace Episcopal Cathedral, begin on Saturday morning and wrap up at noon on Sunday. Class fees include all handouts, meals, and overnight accommodations, based upon room availability. There are a number of courses that can be taken as electives or continuing education classes. A complete list of classes as well as costs can be found on their website.
